BRIDGE LIMAR/KALA

The Castle Bridge, also known as the Limar Bridge, is situated near the villages of Limar and Kala in the Municipality of Këlcyrë. Built in 1804 by Ali Pasha Tepelena, it formed part of the historic route connecting Këlcyrë, Malëshovë, and Zagori. Constructed from stone and harmoniously integrated into the surrounding landscape, the bridge features two arches reaching approximately 6 meters in height and extends 18 meters in length. Due to its historical and architectural value, it has been designated a Category I Cultural Monument of Albania.
