• Please provide accurate information when booking, including number of participants, any health conditions, and dietary requirements.

3. Payment Terms

• Modify the tour itinerary to ensure safety
• Reschedule the tour to an alternative date
• Offer a full refund if rescheduling is not possible

The decision to cancel or modify due to weather is at the sole discretion of the guide and is made with your safety as the top priority.

6. Liability & Safety

Adventure activities such as rafting, hiking, and outdoor excursions carry inherent risks including but not limited to:

• Physical injury from water currents, terrain, or weather
• Exposure to sun, cold, or wildlife
• Equipment failure despite proper maintenance

By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree that [Visit Kelcyra / Juli's full name] is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in our tours, except in cases of proven negligence on our part.

We provide all necessary safety equipment and thorough safety briefings before every activity. Participants must follow all instructions given by the guide.

7. Age Requirements & Fitness

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Albania.
